Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has reported that Lagos State accounted for 113 cases of COVID-19 out of the 163 new infections recorded in the country on Sunday.
The health agency disclosed this via it’s twitter handle stated that the 163 cases were recorded from twelve state including the FCT thus:

Kaduna-21
Osun-8
Ondo-5
Oyo-5
Ogun-3
Bayelsa-2
Taraba-2
Edo-1
FCT-1
Katsina-1
Plateau-1
The NCDC said the newly confirmed cases brought the total confirmed cases to 60,266 and total discharged patients to 51,735.
Regrettably, the agency added that 1,115 lives have been lost to COVID-19 related complications since the index case was reported in the country in 27th February 2020.
