Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Lagos state, the nation’s epicenter of COVID-19 infections recorded 72 new cases on Monday as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 216 new confirmed cases in the country.
This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country to 6,175.
The NCDC made this known via its Twitter handle on Monday. it also said that 74 of the new infections were recorded in Lagos.
