Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Nigeria on Saturday recorded 110 new cases of COVID-19 infections, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 67,330, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has said.
This is also as the Centre has informed that a total of 62,819 patients have been treated and discharged from various isolation centres across the country.
The health agency in a report released via twitter handle said that 1,171 persons have died of the novel virus since the index case was reported in the country on February 27, 2020.
The NCDC said the states (including FCT) where the new infections were recorded are as follows:
