COVID-19: Nigeria records 1,204 new cases, total now 91,351 – NCDC

Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The latest COVID-19 report released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control says that 1,204 new cases were recorded on Monday, bringing the total confirmed cases to 91,351.

According to the report released via it’s twitter handle late last night, the new infections were reported from 21 states including the FCT as follows:

Edo-28
Nasarawa-25
Kebbi-19
Bauchi-18
Oyo-13
Akwa Ibom-12
Bayelsa-11
Ogun-11

Imo-3
Borno-2
Sokoto-1
Osun-1

The health agency further stated that a total of 75,699 patients have been treated and discharged from across the various isolation facilities in Nigeria and that 1,318 lives had been lost to COVID-19 related complications since the index case was reported in February 27 in Nigeria.
