Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The latest report from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed that the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 has risen risen to 56,388 with the 132 new infections reported on Monday night.
This NCDC in report released via its twitter handle account also informed that 44,337 patients have been treated and discharged while 1,083 lives have been recorded since the index case in February 27, 2020 in Nigeria.
The eleven states where these new cases were recorded are as follow:

Plateau-17
Kwara-10
Enugu-9
Ogun-9
Katsina-3
Ekiti-2
Bauchi-1
Osun-1
Rivers-1
