CPC gets 5,000 complaints in 2016 – Atoki

ABUJA , (Sundiata Post) – The Consumer Protection Council (CPC) has received a total of 5,000 complaints in various sectors in 2016 including telecom, electricity, and aviation.

Director General of the Council Mrs Dupe Atoki, who made this known, also said that about 80 per cent of these complaints have so far been resolved.

Giving a review of the Council’s performance, Atoki also said that CPC’s strategic plans, with its timeline and deliverables, has strengthened consumer education, food and beverages sector nationwide …
