Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Nigeria now has 53,727 confirmed cases with the 250 new infections recorded on Saturday as announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
According to the report released via twitter handle, 41,314 patients have been discharged, with 1,011 lives lost to the coronavirus pandemic since the index case in February 27, 2020.
Plateau state which has maintained the lead in the past three days recorded 69 infections while FCT and Lagos followed wih 41 and 21 cases respectively.
Others are : Delta and Kaduna-14 each, Bayelsa and Enugu-13 each; Ekiti-11; Bauchi-9; Ogun-8; Edo and Oyo-7 each; Rivers-6; Adamawa and Osun -4 each; Nasarawa-3; Ebonyi and Kwara-2 each; Gombe and Imo-1 each.
