Minister of FCT, Senator Bala Mohammed has described President Goodluck Jonathan as the most qualified person to continue to lead Nigeria to greater glory.
An estimated 50,000 enthusiastic supporters of the President and the PDP National Assembly candidates in the FCT filled the National Women Centre, Abuja and its precincts chanting pro-Jonathan songs.
The Minister commended the President for re-equipping our army and building a multinational coalition that is on the verge of stamping out the lingering crises of insurgency and terrorism from our land.
Senator Mohammed also referred to the achievement of the present administration in rebuilding and repositioning Nigeria’s economy as the largest economy in Africa and one of the 25 largest economies in the world.

The FCT Minister stated that under his leadership, Nigeria has witnessed the revival and restoration of several key sectors and infrastructure such as the resuscitation of the railways, the energy and agriculture sectors. In order to sustain the growth, we need continuation through re-election of the President.
The benefits of this approach today are palpably evident in the huge achievements his administration has recorded in Agriculture, Energy, Transport and Aviation, FCT, Works and Housing, Health, Education, Commerce and Industry, among others.
The President’s economic diplomacy exploits on the continent and globally, youth empowerment programmes, military successes, transformational miracles and institutional brinkmanship. Therefore, it is not for nothing that he is greatly loved by the people, and Nigerians pray for the continuity of Goodluck in power.
Speaker after speaker reeled out an avalanche of reasons why the President deserves re-election come this Saturday, March 28.
