ABUJA – A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has said that Chief Olisa Metuh, PDP National publicity Secretary, has case to answer over N400m allegedly paid into his account by Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd), former National Security Adviser (NSA).
The court also dismissed his fundamental rights suit for lack of merit and ordered him to pay N15,000 as damages to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
