Gaborone -Botswana has reported a diarrhoea outbreak in Ramotswa village, in the country’s South-East District.

According to Ian Tema, the South East District Commissioner, 43 cases have so far been reported, from the outbreak, which started on Aug. 18 of which two children died on Monday.
“The cause of the outbreak remains unknown, stool samples have been taken for test to confirm the cause, ‘’ Tema said.
He urged the community to adhere to hygiene practices such as washing of hands before preparing or contacting food and after using the toilet. (PANA/NAN)
