This is Ibrahim Magu, head of EFCC and Buhari’s anti-corruption czar:
Asked by a journalist why hasn’t EFCC ever probed Tinubu despite glaring riches and even claiming a state does not have “his kind of money”, his response:
“Write a petition and backed it up with evidences and see if I won’t act on the petition. Just write a petition and see.”
Asked by another journalist what EFCC is doing about Ganduje, Kano governor, over his dollar collection video, he had this to say:
“Next question please.”
Now asked about Diezani Alison-Madueke, he became enthusiastic:
“We are seeking the extradition of former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke because the United Kingdom authorities have failed to take legal action against her despite being there since 2015.”
Just look at the three questions and Magu’s responses and draw your own conclusions.
I have nothing to add.
