LAGOS (Sundiata Post) – Controversial figure Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, has appeared at the Federal High Court in Lagos for his arraignment on charges related to money laundering and naira abuse.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) filed six counts against Bobrisky on Thursday, focusing on money laundering and abuse of the naira.
Bobrisky is expected to enter his plea before the vacation judge, Justice Abimbola Awogboro.
Having been in EFCC detention since Wednesday night, Bobrisky was unable to meet the conditions for the administrative bail offered to him on Thursday.
