Nigerian striker, Anderson Victor Egharevba scored a goal on Sunday as his team recorded their first victory in the Lebanese League.
Egharevba’s club, Al Ahli Nabatiye FC defeated their foes, Al Khouyoul 5-0 in their first duel of the season, and it was the Nigerian who opened the scoring in the 12th minute.
The striker scored his goal after being wonderfully set up by Goran Allan, and he wasted no time curling the ball at the right corner of the net.
Egharevba also set up two wonderful chances that resulted in a goal as his side were 3-0 up in the first half. [eap_ad_2]
The former Plateau United man could not hide his joy when he spoke to supersport.com on Sunday from Lebanon.
“We just played our first game of the season, and I thank God that we defeated our opponents by five goals to nil.
“It was a good game for me because I opened the scoring and I also enjoyed the salutation given to me by the club’s fans after the match,” Egharevba told supersport.com.
Egharevba has played for Naf Rockets, Plateau United, Supreme Court and Enugu Rangers before joining the Lebanese club this term. (supersport.com) [eap_ad_3]
