ABUJA (Sundiata Post) – Director General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu has urged the Muslim faithfuls and all Nigerian
Citizens to imbibe the virtues of sacrifice, peace , love and respect for constituted authority for the progress, peace and development, we desire as nation. He urged all Nigerians to take responsibility and a collective effort to hand over to the next generation a peaceful, united, prosperous and developed Nigeria.

In a Sallah message to Nigerians on the celebration of the 2024 Eid Al Adha, Issa-Onilu called on Nigerians and the Muslim ummah to use the opportunity to pray for good and Good fearing leaders at all levels at this period, the statement from the Deputy Director, Press, Paul Odenyi said.

The DG NOA also urged them to continue to pray for leaders at all levels in line with the lessons of Eid Kabir.

While wishing the Muslim Ummah a happy Eid ul ADHA celebration, the NOA boss said that the the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to safe guarding lives and property of all Nigerians in respective of political, tribal and religious affialiations .
