The Eko Electricity Distribution Company on Thursday said it held an engagement forum with its customers under its Ijora Business District at the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria’s training centre in Surulere, Lagos.
EKEDC’s Managing Director, Tinuade Sanda, led the management team of the firm to the town hall meeting with the customers to listen to their plights and proffer solutions, according to a statement from Eko Disco.
“The forum is an implementation of the company’s strategic plans to extensively engage its consumers across its operational network,” the statement read in part.
It added, “Following her appointment as the first female MD of Eko DisCo, Sanda vowed to change the perception of the company via better communication with customers and improvements in customer satisfaction index.
“She appreciated the customers and the representatives of the various Community Development Associations for attending the forum then assured them that delivery of service excellence to EKEDC’s customers is her top priority.”
The statement quoted her as saying, “We are holding this strategic meeting with you – our esteemed customers on how we can work together to serve you better.’
