Ex-world scrabble champion Jighere ranked fifth by WESPA

Abuja   –      Wellington Jighere, 2015 World Scrabble Champion is  fifth in the current World English Language Scrabble Players Association (WESPA) ranking.
 
The recent WESPA ranking released on Sunday shows Ganesh Asirvatham of Malaysia as  first, with Nigel Richards of  New Zealand as second and  David Eldar of Australia third.  Conrad Bassett-Bouchard of  United States  is ranked fourth.
Nigeria’s  Eta Karo is ranked 13th while World former number two scrabble player and current Nigerian National player, Moses Peter is  ranked 14th and
Opeyemi Oloro  ranked 15th.
Nigeria’s  Dennis Ikekeregor is ranked 18th while 2016 African Scrabble champion, Nsikan Etim is 23rd.
