ENUGU – Dr Kehinde Olufuluwe, the Rector, Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, Enugu says the institution is fast becoming a preferred choice by many students.
Solufuluwe made this known Wednesday in Enugu at the 25th Matriculation of the college.
She said that the number of students being admitted into the college each year was on the increase.
“The number of students admitted to the college each year is on the increase, this shows that our institution is fast becoming a preferred choice,” she said.
The Rector said that the college, which is the only one in sub-Sahara, was under the Federal Ministry of Health’s supervision.
She explained that the college was established with the mandate of training, research and service in the areas of oral health and dental clinic.

She tasked the students to keep away from all forms of social vices, including cheating in while sitting for examinations to avoid expulsion.
In his opening remark, the Registrar, Mr Patrick Anigbo commended the Rector for her achievements in the institution as well as her effort in inculcating good morals and discipline in both the students and the entire staff of the institution.
In his vote of thanks, the Head of Department of the Student Affairs, Mallam Balarabe Musa, commended the staff and the matriculated students for their support toward the success of the ceremony. (NAN)
