Enugu – The Federal High Court sitting in Enugu will commence its annual vacation from Monday, July 13, the registrar of the court has said.
The Chief Registrar, Mr F.R Awuseka, who spoke in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Enugu on Friday, said the two month vacation would end on Sept 11.
“ Lawyers and other staff are aware of the vacation; cases were adjourned till after the resumption date in September, except for some special cases which may be referred to vacation judge,’’ he said.
Awuseka said that vacation judges had been posted to various zones, adding that the South-East cases would be heard in Port Harcourt. (NAN)
