FG And NLC To Meet Over Petrol Subsidy Removal

Abuja – Representatives of the federal government are expected to meet with the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) today over the planned removal of petrol subsidy.

This is coming after President Bola Tinubu announced the removal of fuel subsidy at his inaugural speech on Monday, May 29.

Appearing on a Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily programme, on Wednesday, May 31, Joe Ajaero, NLC national president confirmed the scheduled meeting.
