Bolaji Abdullahi, a former minister of sports and youth development, has announced his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Abdullahi, on Monday, revealed that he is still undecided on his next political move.
“The decision of what to do and where to go will be taken in the future, and that’s left to God,” he said.
Recently, there have been defections from opposition parties in the country to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Last week, a member of the Labour Party (LP) in the House of Representatives from Plateau State, Rep. Dalyop Chollom representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal constituency defected to the APC.
Earlier five lawmakers consisting of four Labour Party (LP) and one Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) member defected to the APC.
The four LP lawmakers who defected to the APC include; Rep.Tochukwu Chinedu Okere (LP, Imo), Rep. Donatus Matthew (LP,Kaduna), Rep. Akiba Bassey (LP, Cross River) and Rep.Esosa Iyawe (LP, Edo).
