Gov. Badaru gets 8 special advisers

Dutse – Gov. Muhammad Badaru of Jigawa has sworn in eight new Special Advisers.

This is contained in a statement by Malam Muhammad Zaki, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity in Dutse on Tuesday.

They were Alhaji Dahiru Da’u, Political and Assembly Matters; Alhaji Mujitafa Saleh, Relgious Affairs and Shari’a Implementation; Alhaji Ibrahim Ismail, Adult and Higher Education; and retired Col. Muhammad Alasan, Security Matters.

The others were; Usman Na-Allah, Revenue and Investment; Alhaji Ibrahim Baba, Dutse Capital Development Authority Matters; Alhaji Sabi’u Musa, Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation; and Alhaji Khaloma Mustapha, Inter-governmental Affairs.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”70560″]

It quoted the governor as tasking the special advisers to initiate programmes that would enhance the living standard of the people.

The statement added that Badaru described the task ahead of the new aides as “very enormous’’, and charged them to put in their best to transform Jigawa economy.

Mustapha, who responded on behalf of the new aides, pledged to assist Badaru in achieving his vision of a prosperous Jigawa. (NAN)
