Kano – Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State on Wednesday signed into law, a 2015 supplementary budget of N21.3 billion after its passage by the legislative arm of government.
Ganduje, while signing the budget, said that the supplementary budget would address the current economic realities in the country and accommodate the administration’s aspiration in introducing new fiscal projects that would ensure more inclusive development in Kano.

According to Ganduje , the budget is necessitated by his administration’s commitment to improve on the quality of lives of the people.
He said that his assent to the budget would enable the state government to complete ongoing projects and to introduce new fiscal projects.
The governor thanked state assembly members for giving the review the importance it deserved. (NAN)
