Katsina – Gov. Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina state on Tuesday left Nigeria for India on a five-day working visit, according to a statement signed by Alhaji Abdu Labaran his Senior Special Assistant on media,

The statement said that Masari and other government officials traveled to India on the invitation of a group of companies that specialise in the manufacturing of agricultural implements.
It said that the companies also specialise in the manufacturing of health and water equipments as well as vehicles spare parts.
The statement said the companies included Mahindra and Mahendra, one of the leading manufacturers of tractors and other farm implements in the world.
It said the delegation would also hold talks with officials of Indian Technical and Economic Programme (ITEP), which provides technical support for civil servants. (NAN)
