Super Eagles’ medical doctor Ibrahim Gyaran and his U-17 National Team counterpart, Deji Olarinoye have expressed joy at being part of a three-day Sports Medicine and Science Summit organized by world football governing body, FIFA in conjunction with ISOKINETIC Group in London.
“The summit was very much worth it, and I can tell you that my colleague and I have learnt so much in those three days. We want to once more, appreciate the leadership of the National Sports Commission and the Nigeria Football Federation for facilitating our being part of this advanced programme,” ,” said Olarinoye, who spoke on behalf of the duo as they boarded the airplane for Nigeria at Heathrow Airport on Monday.
Olarinoye spoke of the duo being part of sessions presided over by the best teachers in the field around the globe, and receiving illumination in recent advancement in the field of sports medicine.

“We have been afforded advanced details on quality player care and support. I want to assure you that not only players of the National Teams will benefit from our knowledge; we will also impart knowledge to medics at Club levels in our country.”
The summit held at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre in London, April 11-13.
