The court, presided by Justice Ambrose Mamadi, also restrained the speaker, Alhaji Kabiru Mijinyawa and the Assembly from dissolving the House Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriation.
Abdulrahman, who was the chairman of the committee, had dragged the Speaker and Assembly (1st and 2nd respondents) before the court challenging the dissolution of the committee.
He also challenged his suspension for three months for using the press to criticise the resolution of the House approving N11 billion sectoral virement in the 2015 budget of the state.
Granting the order, Justice Mamadi said he was convinced by the request of the applicant.
“I am of the opinion that the applicant has made a case for grant of the application herein.
“Consequently I grant the application as prayed,” Mamadi ruled. (NAN)
