The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) on Thursday described the death of Olorogun Michael Ibru as a colossal loss to Nigeria and Africa.
Jacobs was reacting to the demise of Ibru who died on Tuesday at the age of 86 years after a protracted illness in Florida, U.S.
“The demise of Olorogun Michael Ibru is a colossal loss to Nigeria and Africa.
“He was an icon, a trailblazer and a resourceful industrialist, whose business acumen saw him towering in many sectors of the economy.
“ We will sorely miss him. We in MAN pray God to give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss,’’ the MAN boss said. (NAN)
