Nigeria interim coach Daniel Amokachi who selected the squad invited 10 home-based players and 17 overseas-based boys to camp ahead of this month’s international friendlies against Bolivia in Uyo and South Africa in Nelspruit.

The Super Eagles will face Bolivia at the Uyo Stadium on March 26 before travelling to Nelspruit for a date with Bafana Bafana three days later. Captain Vincent Enyeama , Godfrey Oboabona, Babatunde Michael, Ogenyi Onazi and Ahmed Musa top the list of the Europe-based.
Two-goal hero against South Africa in the last year’s Africa Nations Cup qualifier, Sone Aluko retains his slot while Israel-based midfielder John Ogu returns for the first time since the Confederations Cup finals. England-based Babatunde Michael and Leon Balogun also return with Victor Moses were placed on standy.
Chelsea’s John Mikel Obi expectedly missed out of the squad due to his injury. All the players are expected at the Le Meridien Hotel, Uyo on Monday, 23rd March.
