ABUJA – The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing to March 2 on the application for review of its judgment of January 14 on the Imo State governorship election petition appeal.
The application for review was filed by Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, former governor of the state seeking a revisit of the decision of the apex court declaring Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress as elected governor.
Reports reaching Sundiata Post said the adjournment was made to enable counsel to Ihedioha to respond to processes served on him Tuesday morning.
