The People’s Elephant defender has regarded his current trainer as the best coach in the history of the club after his team pulled off an away draw against the Ocendo Warriors Enyimba defender Ojo Markson has described head coach Kadiri Ikhana as “one of the best coaches the club ever had” in its history.
Markson lauded the instant impact of Ikhana on the team’s performance after the 3-3 draw in the Abia derby six-goal thriller between Enyimba and Abia Warriors in Umuahia on Sunday
According to the Enyimba marksman, his side desired the victory, but were unfazed by the draw against the Ocendo Warriors.
“[Kadiri Ikhana] is a very good coach and I enjoy working with him. For me he is one of the best coaches Enyimba has ever had,” Markson told Goal. [eap_ad_2] He described his side’s draw at Abia Warriors as a vital point and a big boost in their ambitions this season, just as he declared that the team has all it takes to keep getting results on the road.
“Yes, we can challenge for the title because we still have lot of matches ahead of us. And I think by the grace of God in those matches we will aim for more points at both home and away,” he said.
