ABUJA (Sundiata Post) We have 55 aspirants plotting to replace loud-mouthed Okorocha as Imo Governor. Over 40 of them are fit only to lead cult groups, street hoodlums, and fund-raising committees for their Yahoo friends’ burials.
The Yahoo men are the loudest. They are funding young Facebook typists to put lipstick on pigs. Young people are hungry. They stand outside the gates of old Yahoo politicians scavenging the bin for stale milk. They are grateful for the photo-ups with these characters, and produce 30 poorly written updates everyday to prove it. They hope to be appointed to manage social media portfolios in the future, because they are so empty they can only pound their fists at the keyboard.
Okorocha has united a lot of thieves. After the primaries, the numbers will reduce, but they will form alliances and anoint one of their own. Imo, Abia, and Ebonyi need the lease of new politics shaping development in Anambra and Enugu. We must reject men of negative sophistication vulturing for the corpse Okorocha is leaving behind.
