Lagos – Mr Vyas Choudhary, Head of Chancery of the Lagos
Office of the High Commission of India, on Monday urged Nigerians to
take advantage of the forthcoming Indian company products and
services exhibition.
Choudhary said in statement that the 5th Annual Edition of the “Indian
Products and Services Exhibition’’ (IPASE-V), would bring together 30
local businesses dealing in Indian products and services in Nigeria.
‘’IPASE-V is part of the High Commission’s ongoing efforts to promote
the visibility of Indian Products & Services in Nigeria and encourage
concerned Nigerian stakeholders, mostly the SMEs.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”70560″]
“Such endeavours have enabled our bilateral trade to develop tremendously.
“We strongly believe that the forthcoming IPASE-V will acquaint
Nigerians with some latest Indian products and services,’’ he said.
Choudhary listed the products to include automobiles, fans, pumps,
pharmaceuticals,herbal medicines, healthcare products, power
generation equipment, dry-lace, voile and embroidery materials,
toiletries and cosmetics, imitation jewellery, fabrics, electrical
equipment and machinery.
He also said that there would be an exhibition of telecommunication, IT
training and software solutions, hospitals, tele-medicine networking
and healthcare services.
Choudhary said that the exhibition, scheduled to hold on March 5th,at
the High Commission’s premises, would not only promote bilateral
relations between both countries, but also expose Nigerians to various
Indian products and services.(NAN)
