Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday released the update on the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration (CVR).
According to the report, a total of 8,855,996 fresh registrants have been recorded out of which 5,415,619 are completed registration.
Similarly, out of the 5,415,619 completed registrations, online registrations accounted for 2,379,063 while physical registration stood at 3,036,556.
The electoral umpire further informed that the composition of the completed registration is made up of 2,688,246 males and 2,727,373 females. From that report, it is evident that more female population have successfully completed their voters registration since the beginning of this continuous voters registration.
Also the INEC stated that the number of People living with disability that have so far completed their registration stood at 45,412 and a total number of 3,745,129 youths have completed the process.
