LAGOS – Investment One Financial Services Ltd, on Tuesday announced its plan to raise 7.5 million dollars (N1.20 billion) for the Landmark House project, a premium commercial property development in Ikeja, Lagos.
The company in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) said it would act as the sole issuing house in the capital raising expected to be through a combination of debt and equity.
It said that the property when completed would provide 4000 square meters office space on 3,500 square meters of land in the city’s central business district area. [eap_ad_2] “We embarked on the project in pursuance of our Real Estate Advisory vision of bringing international standard office space to the business class community in Nigeria,” the statement quoted Mr Nicholas Nyamali, Managing Director, Investment One Financial Services Ltd, as saying.
