Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Federal High court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday adjourned the trial of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to October 17, 2017.
Sundiata Post recalls that Justice Binta , while granting Kanu bail after slamming him 12 main bail conditions in April, had adjourned the matter to 11th of July (today) for continuation of trial.
The IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is standing trial with the trio of David Nwawuisi, Benjamin Madubugwu and Chidiebere Onwudiwe for alleged treasonable offences.
Kanu was granted bail on Wednesday April 26 by Justice Binta Nyako for reasons bothering on health challenges.
