LAGOS – Jesse Jagz, the younger brother of renowned rapper, MI, has frowned at the way and manner some artistes conducted themselves amid the crisis in some parts of the nation.
Jesse Jagz, who has gradually made his mark in the entertainment industry, added that his colleagues were turning the society into something else.
He said musicians are supposed to be guardians of the society.
“I find it difficult to believe that my colleagues could be dancing when things are bad in the country.
“I watched the “Headies Awards’’ and I observed too much dancing in a country that’s going through so much conflict.
“We musicians are the guardians of society”, he said.
“We need to be focused in our thought process, If we don’t change, things will not change the way we want.
“We are the change or things will never change,’’he said. (NAN)
