Jigawa LG queries 14 teachers over alleged absenteeism

Kirikasamma () – Kirikasamma Local Government Council in has queried 14 teachers alleged dereliction duty.

Alhaji Bulama Kaku, Secretary Education Secretary in council, told News Agency Nigeria (NAN) in Kirikasamma affected teachers were in habit abandoning duty posts on Fridays.

”The teachers are from the Junior Arabic Secondary School, Marma, Likori Primary School and Marma Primary School.

The ES, however, commended the Council Chairman, Alhaji Salisu Garba-Kubayo, for support to education in the council.

He also commended the Federal Government for its school feeding programme which he said had significantly encouraged enrollment of pupils in the area.
