Lokoja – A member of the Kabba Traditional Council, Chief Johnson Arokoyo, says the Obaro of Kabba, Oba Michael Olobayo, is hale and hearty.
Arokoyo , the Obagolu of Oweland, told the News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) on Thursday that the death rumour of the monarch was the handiwork of enemies of the peace loving community.
He told NAN on phone that he was with the monarch on Wednesday and that they had fruitful interaction.
Arokoyo, who admitted that the monarch had been indisposed for sometime, said Olobayo discussed with him issues bordering on the development of the town for hours.
He urged indigenes of Kabba to ignore the rumour, urging those peddling it to desist. (NAN)
