The Katsina State Council of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives has issued a warning to the state government, threatening to withdraw its members from frontline local government areas over unresolved security and welfare challenges.
The association also announced plans to begin an indefinite strike if their demands are not met by the end of a two-day warning strike scheduled to start on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
The affected local government areas include Batsari, Funtua, Malumfashi, Kankara, Kurfi, Danmusa, and Jibia.
