Katsina – Katsina State Government says it will establish five mobile courts to deal with violators of the monthly environmental sanitation in the state.
The Executive Secretary, State Environmental and Protection Agency, (SEPA), Alhaji Lawal Inusa, made the disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Katsina on Sunday.
Inusa said that the establishment of the mobile court was necessary due to the non-compliance of some people to the monthly environmental sanitation within Katsina metropolis.
He said that the mobile courts would commence operations in 2016 and would be given all the powers and logistics they require to operate within the state.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”70560″]
