Lagos – Konga.com, an online shopping mall, on Monday rewarded 10 of its customers across the country with shopping vouchers worth N200,000 each.
This is contained in a statement signed by Ms Olatomiwa Akande, Head, Public Relations and Brand Management, Konga, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos.
The statement noted that the gift came as a surprise for many of the winners with some still in a state of disbelief at the news until they received their N200,000 shopping vouchers and started making purchases.
“For many of the winners, the Konga gifts came at the nick of time as they had pending needs that were waiting for the financial resources to be fulfilled.
“One of the winners, Joan Jemilusi, expressed her wish to buy a washing machine for a while and was excited she could finally fulfill that wish.
“Another winner, Olamilekan explained that the N200,000 will be useful for him as he goes to begin his NYSC posting,” the statement said.
It said that the company was in the habit of rewarding customers that were loyal to its service offerings.
