Ilorin, – Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has congratulated the Turaki of Ilorin, Alhaji Saliu Mustapha, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.

AbdulRasaq’s congratulatory message is contained in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Rafiu Ajakaye, on Sunday in Ilorin.

He described Mustapha as a great party man and philanthropist, with good impacts on the lives of the people.

The governor described Mustapha’s emergence as the senatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara Central Senatorial District as well-deserved in view of his sacrifices, contributions and commitment to the growth of the party over the years.

“On behalf of the government, people of Kwara and members of our great party, I join family and friends to celebrate my brother and Turaki of Ilorin on his 50th birthday anniversary.

“I beseech Allah to grant Turaki and all the candidates of our party, APC, a resounding victory at the polls next year and give him long life and good health in the service of humanity,” AbdulRasaq said. (NAN)
