chapter, has described the late Cherubim and Seraphim Spiritual Leader, Prophet Gabriel Fakeye as a “complete man of God“.
WOWICAN extolled Fakeye’s virtues in a statement signed by the chapter’s President, Prophetess Bosede Adimabua, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in [pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]

The union said its members received the death of Fakeye as a rude shock, but was relieved and consoled by the fact that he lived a fulfilled life.
NAN reports that Fakeye died on Jan. 11 in a hospital in the United States after a brief illness at the age of 78.
Adimabua said the late Fakeye was instrumental to the movement’s international recognition having
established the movement’s first Church in England in the 60s.
She described the late man of God as a dedicated and devoted leader who was always ready to go extra miles in the service of the movement and the welfare of members.
“No word can best describe our father than he was a complete man of God as was demonstrated in many of his spiritual duties and services to the movement.
“He was a great prophet of God who touched the lives of many, young and old, male and female, rich and poor.
“We would surely miss his devotion, dedication and selflessness, but we are very much relieved that he has gone to rest in the bosom of the lord,” she said.
According to the president, Fakeye was a teacher and evangelist, who was always committed to building the society through strong articulation of religious tolerance and constant advice to those in power and authority.
“He was also a national executive member of CAN, the President of the Organisation of African Instituted Churches (OAIC), and a very active member of the Nigerian Inter-Religious Council, (NIREC),” she said. (NAN)
