Lagos Assembly passes public complaints, anti-corruption Bill into law

State House has passed into law a bill establish the State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission and for connected purposes.

The bill passed into law on after the third reading by the House and a consequent voice vote.

Speaker Mudashiru Obasa directed the Clerk, Olalekan Onafeko, forward a clean copy the bill Governor Babajide for assent. Earlier, a bill for a law regulate real estate transactions the state and for other connected purposes, scaled through second reading, as the Speaker committed it the House Committee on Housing report back weeks.

The bill seeks to redress the anomalies real estate and consultancy services, among other issues ought to be looked into the real estate business.
