Lagos COVID-19 cases hit all time high as NCDC records 387 new cases •Nigeria’s total now 9,302

ABUJA (SundiataPost) – Lagos, Nigeria’s economic powerhouse and epicentre of the Coronavirus pandemic on Friday reported an all-time high record of 254 new COVID-19 infections. This is the highest daily report, so far, of new confirmed cases since the index case in February in Lagos.

The Lagos report is part of the 387 new cases confirmed and released late on Friday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on its Twitter handle @NCDCgov.
With  the latest report Nigeria’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases now total 9,302.
