ABUJA – Lagos, the epicentre of coronavirus in Nigeria and Kano, which has become an area of concern, topped the list of new confirmed cases of COVID-19 pandemic on Sunday night.
According to the update released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), there were 170 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases so far to 2,558 out of which Lagos and Kano reported 39 and 29 years new infections respectively.
In addition, 400 patients have been discharged while 87 deaths have been recorded.
