ABUJA (Sundiata Post) While giving his inuagural speech, Former footballer George Weah told the crowds crammed inside Samuel Doe Stadium, Monrovia that in spite the fact that he has played in stadiums across the world, he has never felt like he did today.
“I have spent my life in stadiums but I’ve never felt like this,” he said.
Mr Weah addressed jubilant crowds following the country’s first transition between democratically-elected leaders since 1944.
