After winning consecutive Man-of-the-Match Awards, Lobi Stars central defender, Samson Gbadebo, is excited with his progress since joining the former Nigerian League and Cup champions.
Gbadebo, who switched from Nembe City during the mid-season break was named Man-of-the-Match against Sharks and emerged winner of the award after Sunday’s 1-0 victory over Nasarawa United.

Gbadebo equals the record of youngster, Terpase Tfasa, who won two Man-of-the-Match Awards during the first round of the league against Gombe United and Kaduna United.
In addition, he has played all five matches in the second round of the league and formed a compact partnership with Felix Osia, in Lobi Stars’ central defence.
Instituted by club vice chairman and technical director, Dominic Iorfa, the Lobi Stars Man-of- the-Match award is presented to the most outstanding player during home matches at the Emmanuel Atongo Stadium, Katsina-Ala. (supersport.com)[eap_ad_3]
