Maigari inaugurates Fifa course

The beehive of educational activities going on at the Nigeria Football Federation is set to continue as the Federation commences this year’s Fifa Member Associations course in Abuja today.
The course which is meant for for elite referees, technical instructors, referee assessors and physical fitness instructors is being organized by the Nigeria Football Federation with the assistance of world football-governing body, Fifa.
The five-day course will take place at the Velodrome of the National Stadium Complex, Abuja and will be declared open by NFF President, Alhaji Aminu Maigari.
Fifa is sending a powerful team of experts in the field, led by Referees Development Officer Carlos Henrique from Gabon, and including renowned former Fifa referee Lee Kim Chong from Mauritius and Boubakar Hannachi from Tunisia.
Former Nigerian Fifa referee Sani Zubairu is Coordinator of the programme which will have seven technical instructors, 37 referee assessors, 14 physical fitness instructors and 30 elite referees in attendance as participants. (kickoffnigeria)
