Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has insisted he has no regrets over how he is handling the situation with winger, Jadon Sancho.
Ten Hag and Sancho had a huge disagreement in September after the manager publicly criticised the player’s efforts in training.
Sancho hit back at Ten Hag on social media, claiming that he had been made a scapegoat for the club’s poor start to the season.
The England international later refused to apologise for his comments.
As a result, Sancho has not made an appearance since then.
The 23-year-old has been frozen out of the first-team.
There have been some suggestions Sancho could come back to the first-team, especially given Man United’s struggles and speculations surrounding Ten Hag’s future.
When asked if he would have done anything differently regarding his treatment of Sancho, Ten Hag told the independent fanzine, United We Stand, “No, I would not do anything different.”
Meanwhile, Sancho is expected to leave Man United either on loan or on a permanent transfer in January.
