YENAGOA – A 34-year-old, Sunday Olaye, was on Thursday arraigned in a Bayelsa High Court over the alleged murder of one Jamin Ajani.
Olaye, of no fixed address, was arraigned on a two-count charge of conspiracy and murder.
The accused with others at large, according to the prosecution, committed the offences on Nov. 9, 2011 at Aguadana Epie in Yenagoa.

A State Counsel, Mr Jonah Okah, however, pleaded with the court to give him 21 days to file all the necessary applications.
Justice G.S Botei, adjourned the case to June 25 for adoption of written addresses.
Botei ordered the suspect to be remanded in prison custody. (NAN)
